Marketing Communications Assistant Maternity Cover 9-12 months Salary to £22,000 per annum Nottingham Immediate start An excellent opportunity has arisen for a marketing communications assistant to join an expanding global business group based in Nottingham. Globally positioned and boasting an exceptional reputation for product innovation and quality, our client is a multi-million-pound construction products and services provider. The role of Marketing Communications Assistant will be: This is a very 'hands on', practical role where you will be working closely with the Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the company website and all other relevant digital media. A social media expert, you will be required to create innovative blogs and produce exciting mail shots to target your audience. In true marketing fashion, you will immerse yourself in marketing events and exhibitions across the country. Liaising with events companies and trade suppliers. The successful candidate will have the following: Marketing experience (12 months +) Online and offline experience including social media. An understanding of graphic design will be a distinct advantage Knowledge of E-commerce Blog writing A willingness to travel to exhibitions across the UK and sometimes Europe.
