Newly created Reliability Engineer job to lead the transformation from reactive to proactive maintenance following an engineering restructure. A food manufacturing company in Norfolk is on an exciting journey striving for world class manufacturing and they're looking for a Lead Reliability Engineer to assist them to reach these standards. This is a newly created role which will ideally suit if you like to work in a forward thinking environment that strives for improvement with a 'one team' approach. Working closely with the Engineering Manager you will assist with the transformation from reactive to proactive maintenance processes, embedding reliability into the maintenance strategy whilst being the lead for the asset reliability program. What we're looking for: FMCG experienced Engineer with electrical and mechanical qualifications Track record of leading engineering improvement projects Significant RCM / FMEA knowledge with experience of applying these techniques Competency in CMMS Above all we're looking for someone with drive and determination who wants to be part of a forward thinking team whilst developing an autonomous role which really can make a difference and shape the future of the engineering department.
