Call Centre Manager - Night Shift
Are you an experienced and inspirational Customer Service Manager with a passion for customer services?

As the Customer Service Manager you will be focusing on coaching and managing performance through delivering SLA's and meeting KPI's. You will drive forward a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.
Offering a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum this is a 12 month fixed term contract to start ASAP. Based in the heart of Brighton and close to several transport links this company offer a competitive benefits package and an excellent working environment.
This role will be covering their evening shifts which covers the hours of 3pm - 12am split across two 8 hour shifts (3pm - 11pm & 4pm - 12am) You will also be required to cover 1 weekend in4.
The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service Management experience ideally covering night shifts.
You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and evidence of building talented and high performing teams.
