A nursery based in Northampton are looking to appoint a Room Leader to start immediately. The nursery was rated as Outstanding by OFSTED on their last inspection and is part of a national chain who excel in providing ongoing training and support including an exceptional benefits package.
The role will allow you to work with a manager who fully understands how to help you progress your career and ensure that staff and children alike are in a happy, challenging and enjoyable setting all day long. This role has become vacant due to internal promotion.
The nursery has a large outside play area that is split into age appropriate areas and is fitted with the latest toys and activity stations. The nursery provides a range of additional activities for the children including Sing and Sign, Music and Motion, French and Yoga amongst others.
To apply for this role, you will hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years at Level 3 or above, understand and ensure the requirements of the EYFS are met. The nursery has excellent public transport links with on-site parking. Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
