Physics Teacher - Sunderland

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a secondary school based in Sunderland that requires a Physics teacher on a full-time basis from September, with the potential of being employed on a permanent basis at the school's discretion.

The school have indicated the following criteria for applicants:

  • Physics specialism to KS5, with substantial experience preparing students for assessments
  • Experience delivering both Physics, Astrophysics and Engineering
  • Willingness to plan, prepare and mark classwork to ensure that students make steady and continuous progress towards their target grades
  • Good behaviour management skills
  • A good track record for consistently high attainment
