Financial Administration Assistant
City of London

This highly successful Global Pharmaceutical Company with offices in the heart of the City is seeking a Financial Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the Finance Director and wider accounts team based overseas, the duties of the Financial Administration Assistant will include:

*Scanning communication and documentation, as well as ensuring hard copies of documentation have been filed
*Sending out hard copies of invoices
*Assisting with the filing of Annual Accounts
*Cash withdrawals and deposits; cheque payments
*Disbursement of petty cash vouchers to employees

Financial Administration Assistant - what we're looking for:

*Strong attention to detail to ensure a high degree of accuracy at all times
*A degree/qualification in Finance is desirable
*Advanced Excel experience
*SAP knowledge is desirable
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*The ability to manage your time effectively and balance priorities
