Telephone Sales Coach
Due to the continued growth of our sales function, commitment to bringing out the best in our people and the desire to have industry leading conversations, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Telephone Sales Coach to join our team.
The role will see you work with our new hires to develop an individual pitch, learn how to engage a prospect/customer, successfully control conversations and effectively structure a call. There will also be the opportunity to work with our existing team; your coaching style will match them individually, allow them to remain authentic and enhance their productivity.
You will be multi-skilled with a proven record of successfully transforming individuals and teams via coaching, mentoring and training. You will be encouraged to introduce your own ideas and expected to work both strategically and creatively.
You will know when to provide answers and when it’s time to switch to the non-directive method of encouraging self-solution. You will create effective action plans using various objective setting methods to aid success. You will know that repetition of the right behaviours builds habit and be experienced in providing welcomed recognition and using consequences to an advantage.
The role will suit a confident and motivated individual with experience of delivering telephone sales and customer service training to all levels. Your skills and experience in coaching, quality monitoring and implementing change will enable you to support all stages of customer/prospect interaction.
This is a hands on position where your visibility and presence within the team will be felt. You will hit the ground running and be expected to quickly gain an understanding of our business and people.
