Care Home Clinical Lead ( RGN or RMN )

Service: Nursing Home - Dementia, Old Age, Physical Disability, Younger Adults

Location: Witney

Salary: £17 to £18 per hour - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities (£31,800 to £44,920 per annum) plus £2,000 Welcome Bonus + Paid Breaks

Hours: Full Time

Contract: Permanent

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in Witney. The home is bright and welcoming and offers specialised nursing and palliative care for older adults. There is a specialist Dementia unit.

The home can be easily accessed via public transport. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment.

The Manager is looking for a strong clinical lead to support them. You will be working a mixture of supernumerary hours and hours on the floor. The manager is keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. Staff morale at the home is very high. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.

Personal Specification :

The successful applicant will be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a Valid NMC PIN. They will also be able to live and work in the UK. Most of all, you will display empathy, compassion and a willingness to provide outstanding care.
