Purchase and Expense Ledger

£19,500

Daily Tasks:-


Maintain the integrity of the financial system and will ensure financial information is prepared on a timely and accurate basis
Manage the distribution of purchase ledger post
Ensure invoices are appropriately authorised
Apply appropriate nominal ledger coding to authorised invoices
Prepare BACS and cheque payments for review
Post purchase invoices and credit notes to the system
Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger accounts and investigate any discrepancies
Who we're looking for:
You will be have a working knowledge of VAT regulations and ensure accurate recovery
You will have strong Excel skills

This is a long term contract for 12 months
