This ‘Good’ secondary school in Braintree are hoping to meet with a capable and confident Humanities NQT/Teacher who is looking for new challenges for the new academic year in September 2019!
The successful Humanities Teacher/NQT will have a great knowledge and understanding of the curriculum and will be able to bring an innovative and fresh approach to the department’s style of teaching and engaging students.
As a Humanities NQT/Teacher you will need to have a completed your PGCE/ITT and gained your QTS. You must be able to teach up to KS4 and able adapt your teaching techniques depending of the ability of the students.
The school has been rated ‘Good’ in their recent Ofsted report and hope with the abundance of support given to staff that they are able to maintain if not better in the next one. Staff are given support through CPD training led by a strong SLT. You will also be joining a great network of Teacher in the Humanities department.
NQTs are also supported with a fantastic NQT induction programme. In the last few months this school have already secured 2 NQTs for September 2019.
