IMMEDIATE START - TEMP TO PERM ROLE!

£24k - £26k (£12p/h to £13p/h)

Our client based in Aldershot, is seeking an experienced Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a expanding team on a temp to perm basis!

You will be working in a small but growing team, the Sales ledger position will be reporting directly into the Head of Credit Control. Focused on supporting the credit control team, to assist in the recovery of the company's outstanding debts in a timely and professional manner.

Key Duties:

  • Maintain an update emails from business information provider
  • Maintain database of insolvent companies
  • Update internal CRM system with any changes to client credit scores
  • Create ad-hoc reports from business information provider online system
  • Maintain collections systems with agent updates.
  • Maintain reports from online direct debit service provider
  • Update collections software with any cancelled / failed direct debits
  • Initiate letters to agents from collections software
  • Ensure direct debit mandates are set up
  • Set up credit monitoring
  • Maintain credit control mailbox, follow up information requests, assign emails to credit control team and update in credit hound
