An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to work with our key clients in Cardiff and surrounding areas, delivering our Occupational Health and Wellbeing services and developing opportunities for growth. You will be managing our clients in Cardiff, Bristol, Oxford & Southampton.

PAM Group provides Occupational Health and Wellbeing services to a variety of customers throughout the UK including public and private sector organisations. We provide a wide range of services including Case Management, Health Surveillance, Counselling and Physiotherapy.

PAM Group are a practitioner lead business, we develop relationships from our expertise in the market. This provides us with a clear differential compared to our competitors and we are looking for a person who can develop and embed the highest levels of service in our specialist market of Occupational Health.

Role:

The role is hands on and involves client contact on a regular basis, both face to face and via the telephone. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered as well as developing effective operational and communication practices.

We believe our clients have significant growth potential and you will be responsible for leading and securing increased growth in income and profit. The role will also involve liaising with clinical leads who supervise and manage the delivery of Occupational Health services.
Our key clients have growth opportunities and the Account Manager will be responsible for scoping these, preparing proposals and negotiating commercial terms. Ultimately this role is to develop business relationships with new and existing customers, in order to build upon the services currently provided.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of accounts, and using contacts to generate new business
• To establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact, which will include regular telephone, face to face meetings, presentations and the use of varied methods of communication
• Responsible for the retention of PAM’s client base within the London & SE regions, preparing extension documents and tender submissions as necessary
• Managing service levels to meet and try to exceed KPI’s, and ensuring service levels are maintained
• Liaising with colleagues and associates to ensure services are always delivered to standards.
• Attending tender proposals and contract review meetings with clients
• Engaging in project management duties
• Providing weekly and monthly reporting to the Regional Business Manager
• Managing systems and reporting on service levels
• Maintenance of manged budget accounts within agreed client budgetary constraints
• Work closely with colleagues and manage projects delivering successful outcomes
• To ensure that customer loyalty feedback is consistently captured and actioned
• To assist in the implementation of new clients including training of PAM systems and services
• You must be flexible to travel as you will be looking after clients in the South of England

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in an Account Manager and Sales role
• Ideally worked for an Occupational Health Services Provider
• Good sales and commercial experience
• Good experience of dealing with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work to targets
• Excellent administration and problem solving
• The ability to manage in a fast moving environment dealing at all levels in the organisation
• Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency
• The ability to manage a growing client and deliver opportunities
• Be self-confident, smartly presented and well organised in their daily workings
