Due to recent new contracts being won the business is undergoing a period of growth, and as such, requires another Systems Engineer. Part of a strong technical team, you will be responsible for 2nd/3rd line support, as well as day to day management of customer solutions. With demonstrable experience in a similar role, you will be tasked with a mixture of both remote & on-site technical support, so a driving license is essential.
So what is needed to join the team?
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers over the telephone.
Flexible approach to work.
Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Troubleshooting technically challenging tickets
MCSA, VCP or CCA Accreditations
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services and Exchange
Server virtualisation, i.e. VMware or Hyper V
Cisco CCNA certification
Cloud services; Office 365 and/or Azure
Dealing with customers/end users
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English
