I am currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join this growing financial services business based in Leeds, this is a busy role working as part of a small team of 5 with the Intermediary Payments team where you will calculate and run payments for adviser charges, AMC rebates and commissions on a weekly or monthly basis. Day to day you will produce and submit all documentation in relation to these three types of remittance; making sure the figures produced by the system are accurate. Where discrepancies occur analysis will be required to determine the cause before payment is authorised.

You will deal with your own allocation of queries from both internal and external contacts, mostly via email, helping to make sure these are handled within the relevant timeframe.

Applicants must have:

G.C.S.E Maths and English (or equivalent) at C grade or above
Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail, with the ability to correct errors
Ability to work to deadlines and to also be able to deal with a high volume workload
Ability to adapt to change
Problem solving
Ability to work under pressure
Strong customer service skills
Experience using in-house systems/databases
