Payroll Transformation Manager
This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity to join our clients head office function in West Yorkshire and be a key part of their planned payroll and HR transformation project to support their impressive growth. A key part in bringing the transformation to the key parts of the Payroll and the HR functions this role is an opportunity to really define the future function of payroll.
As a Subject Matter Expert the successful candidate will feed knowledge directly into the Payroll lead to ensuer that the envisioned operating model is implemented and successful.
- Driving Change through excellent communication with key stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full payroll process and legislation
- Managing and defining processes with a view to achieving the desirted operating model
- Must be able to influence and manage key relationships across the business
- Be fully conversant with payroll legislation and implications on the wider business
- Be experienced within projects
