Ownership of the petty cash and book stock processes.
Ownership of the Bank reconciliation process.
Maintenance of the UK Fixed Asset register.
Prepare monthly income and cost journals for postings into the Sage accounting system.
Production of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Production of quarterly VAT returns.
Production of weekly rolling forecasts.
Provide cover and back up on key Payroll and Accounts Payable processes.
Support the production of Head Office accounts.
Act as focal point and coordinator for the annual Audit.
Production of monthly foreign exchange reporting.
Own and develop reporting and reconciliations of spend on company pre-paid debit cards.

The ideal candidate:
2/3 years of experience working within a similar finance role.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Evidence of developing and improving financial processes.
Able to quickly understand changing business needs and risks, and to adapt processes to accommodate.
