Change Communication Manager required by a leading innovator to join their expanding team.As Change Communication Manager, you will be responsible for:-

·Responsible for creating communication strategies aligned with organisational change.

·Partner with leaders to create and deliver effective change communication plans against the strategy, using existing and if appropriate, new channels/techniques

·Ensure alignment across all elements of change programmes to make sure consistent and timely messaging across the different aspects of change

·Supporting the broader communication team as required with generalist communication activities

As the ideal Change Communication Manager, you will be educated to degree level or higher and will have experience in change communication with a strong internal communication background Benefits with this role include a competitive base salary and a chance to join a bespoke organisation
