Here’s how this role will help:
·Effectively communicate findings as a result of audit procedures to internal audit seniors and managers, as well as finance and operations management.
·Enhance accounting and auditing knowledge base through staying current with current industry (pharmaceutical) activity and accounting and auditing pronouncements.
·Prepare high quality audit work papers that are organized and well documented in accordance with department policy.
·Ensure accounting transactions and balances are recorded in accordance with US generally accepted accounting principles and company policy.
·Ensure compliance, quality and operational processes are functioning efficiently, effectively and in accordance with company policy.
Document understanding of processes through narratives, flow-charts and transactional walk through support

Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position:
·Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
·Audit experience in public accounting or a combination of public and Internal Audit experience preferred.
·Basic knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles and auditing standards and basic knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
·Chartered Accountant or CPA Qualification is an advantage
·Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
·Advanced Computer skills – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
