Director of Curriculum
We are looking for an experienced Director of Curriculum to join the Senior Management Team to lead on the development and management of the curriculum and to support and achieve all aspects of quality assurance and improvement.
The successful applicant will have recent experience of working within Further Education and will take responsibility for developing and enhancing our highly-regarded, sports and co-curricular programme as well as delivering excellent results through our academic courses.
With a proven talent of managing others through effective leadership, you will motivate and encourage staff, providing guidance and the vision to deliver first-rate student outcomes, quality assurance and enrichment. A strategic thinker, you will have previous experience of contributing to senior level planning.
You will be an ambitious and engaging leader who can inspire the people around you and deliver the positive conclusions and experiences that our students deserve.
Working alongside your Senior Management peers, you will commit to ensuring that Oaklands is an environment where learning is gratifying and teaching is inspiring.
To be considered for this role, you will already have two years of management experience as well as being able to demonstrate how you have driven quality improvement via developing staff.
