My client based in Hook are currently recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager who will support the Finance Manager on the delivery of the daily processing of the regional finance function.

Your new role:

Your responsibilities will include managing the supplier invoices, reviewing reconciliations, prepare and process creditor payments, prepare VAT returns for review, preparation of accruals and prepayments and preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. This is an excellent opportunity for a progressive candidate to take the next step in their career, in this role you will supervise a team of 3 processing clerks to ensure that payment processes are controlled and outputs delivered in a timely manner.

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Part Qualified - ACCA, CIMA or ACA / Degree in Accountancy & Finance

- Experience using Excel

- Experience working with an ERP system
