We are currently recruiting for an Interim Category Manager for our public sector client on a 3 month initial contract.

Extensions and other opportunities may also arise.

Our client is looking for a Corporate Category Manager, to lead a number of strategic tenders for the Corporate Procurement Team.

The successful procurement manager must have experience in leading the end to end tendering process and delivering cost savings.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record and has worked on a range of categories

The successful Procurement Manager will:

  • Have demonstrable Procurement manager/sourcing manager/procurement business partner experience on their CV.
  • Have recent public sector/local authority experience
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work and have experience with working on a range of categories
  • Be able to lead on a number of strategic tenders
  • Have experience in leading end to end tendering process and delivering cost savings.
  • Our client offers flexible/agile working

    Permanent option also available

    Monday – Friday

    INISDE IR35 contract- umbrella service required

    There may be flexibility on the day rate dependent on the right candidate.
