We are looking for the right person to join our team of 4 existing Department Managers.
Our 5 departments are Pets, Gifts, Outdoor plants, Restaurant and Seasonal sales (this advertised position)
The successful candidate will be part of this select group of experienced Managers and will be supervised by our Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction, supervision, training and support for a team of up to 16 people.
  • Buying responsibility for our Christmas, seasonal furniture and garden departments.
  • Provide regular stocktaking, reporting and Management of products via our EPOS system.
  • Attend regular Management meetings to provide feedback and maintain our high standards.
  • Excellent customer service (personally and throughout the team)
  • Ensuring the safety within your department for yourself, your team and our customers.
  • The highest level of communication from day one.
  • Working with our Marketing team to ensure your department has great exposure and sales.
