A high-end property development company are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will formulate the marketing startegies for a number of luxury residential portfolios in London and France. You will work alongside the sales and marketing team based in the Mayfair offices to manage the brand and marketing, in addition to handling PR agencies for the project.

Client Details

The successful candidate will work for a fast-growing luxury real estate property developer with major projects in London and the South of France. The Marketing Manager will report into the Commerical Director whilst working alongside the sales and marketing team. This role will be based in the Mayfair offices with the opportunity for frequent travel to the French offices in Antibes.


  • Manage and deliver the marketing strategy for 2019, that works alongside a wider Sales & Marketing program
  • Manage full delivery of marketing campaigns for the French Portfolio, from inception to completion for (print, paid digital and PPC)
  • Undertake regular analysis of marketing campaigns, advertising, SEO & website to ensure lead generation occurs and the correct medium is being used
  • Prepare monthly reports to the UK & French management teams
  • Coordinate and lead media planning agency to plan and implement advertising schedule aligned to the marketing strategy for 2019 (print, paid digital and PPC)
  • Work closely with our appointed creative agency to design marketing collateral, digital content, film, social media content, blogs, brochures and adverts
  • Work with the Design and Construction team to manage agency to deliver visualisations to represent new developments in the pipeline
  • Assist to manage the PR agency for the London development
  • Deliver monthly reports and presentations to the wider team
  • Management of suppliers to ensure there is always sufficient marketing collateral in the UK & French offices
  • Hold accountability of suppliers
  • Oversee the company's marketing budget; monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keep accurate records and highlight when variances occur
  • Ad-hoc duties, when required
  • Work closely with the Sales team to deliver Sales and Marketing strategy


  • 7 years + marketing experience within the property sector
  • Educated to degree level
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing projects
  • Ability to work proactively and on own initiative
  • Adaptable
  • Personable
  • Excellent organisational, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Experience of working with external agencies (Digital, Creative, CGI etc.)
  • Knowledge of South of France
  • French speaker, an advantage
  • IT literate
  • Commercially astute
