Purchase ledger clerk - 3 month FTC - Immediate start

You will be working for a large facility management company based in Trafford, hugely successful in their market. Due to their location, this will suit you if you commute by car. They are looking to bring on a commercially focused purchase ledger clerk to join their diverse team on a temporary 3 month fixed term contract. You will be processing all the P2P invoices, expenses and dealing with all queries from internal/external stake holders. For immediate consideration, apply now! Duties:

• Deal promptly with queries from suppliers and operations
• Enter invoices onto Readsoft scanning system and monitor accuracy of capture
• Manage invoice approval via the Readsoft workcycle tool
• Enter high volume invoices onto SAP system
• Manage suppliers on direct debit payments ensuring invoices correctly entered and debit balances do not arise
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations
• Ensure expense and mileage claims processed and paid promptly. Ensure correct tax treatment for all authorised items
• Ensure VAT and nominal coding correct on all processed transactions
• Other Ad Hoc duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Prior experience with SAP
• Previous experience in a P2P role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Highly organised
