Construction Personal Assistant to Managing Director A challenging, yet exciting opportunity has become available as part of a rapidly LARGE HOME BUILDER in NE London/Essex, and they are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant who will look after 3 Director. The PA will ensure all aspects of secretarial and administrative duties for the Directors is carried out in the most efficient and economical way, utilising the resources available.Benefits:Flexible working hoursExciting opportunity to work on one of the UK's most complex projects Duties:Providing a confidential PA service to the 3 Managing DirectorsMaintaining the MD diary, emails and telephone callsPrepare monthly board pack within timescales for distributionPrepare quarterly BU report (PowerPoint document)Maintain holiday and sickness records for all DirectorsMaintain holiday and sickness records for all direct reportsIssue job numbers for new contractsIdentifying office administration problems and actioning solutionsManage and delegate effectively to the Admin team ensuring that work is conducted to the highest levelCarry out Personal Development Reviews (PDR's) for direct reports ensuring effective development plans are implemented, carried out and reviewed accordinglyClose working relationship between Senior Management, site teams and HRUndertake project work as suggestedEnsure any amendments to group policies / processes are communicated to the region effectivelyDraft / respond to internal / external correspondenceArrange regular Project Manager meetings on siteCo-ordination of all office and site archiving ensuring adequate records are kept on fileSkills and ExperienceSimilar experience within the Construction industry is a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage othersOrganisation and prioritisation skillsExcellent time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityExcellent attention to detail Ability to engage with people and drive a "can do" culture across team and business unit Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
