Sr. Business Development Manager Description Sr. Business Development Manager, MA Responsible for development of MA business in International and deliver on the yearly financial commitments and developed the needed growth initiatives. Essential Functions : In order to work effectively as a Business development manager, the position is expected to: Market development Determine the country landscape for MA Analyse the workflows for MA in the markets, Define the challenges in MA Investigate the funding for MA Develop value proposition for MA Define what product/solutions are attractive in the market and what needs to be developed to enter or be successful in the market or with which partners we should work together to offer a complete solution. Advise which markets to introduce MA and which markets not Advise which channel to use Manage the distributor selection process together with GM Education of partners around MA Initiate needed product developments/acquisitions New business initiatives Work with the regional GM’s to define what are the needed future MA product to create a sustainable growth in the market Manage on behalf of International new business initiatives this includes, but not limits. Develop business case for new products/solutions Define with marketing/R&D if this is an internal development or partner product Distribution of third party product Manage/participate for international the right partner for a market Close contract with the partner Own development Manage/participate for international in the the roadmap process Support marketing to develop feature requirements, priorities Support R&D during the development on behalf of international Introduce new products in the markets Finance Develop the yearly budget (booking, revenue, costs) and three year business outlook for their business, get acceptance of budget Define the yearly key initiatives for growth, profitability & customer experience, get acceptance of KI Manage bookings and revenue on monthly bases. (P&L responsible for business in Rest of EMEA Forecast the business for the regions Required Knowledge and Skills : Education background Business degree Working experience 5+ years of experience in international environment Demonstrable success in developing a market Demonstrable success in customer experience Demonstrable experience on tactical and strategic level Preferred Knowledge and Skills : Education background Level minimal Bachelor Pharmacist Working experience 5+ years in experience in MA Work Conditions: Willing to travel in 60% of time Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
