The Omnichannel team develops a highly integrated suite of retail products from store systems (point of service and payment applications) to corporate systems that include: customer engagement, order management, supply chain, loss prevention, and inventory management. Additionally, many of the corporate products are Cloud offerings, The Omnichannel QA team is a global team with managers and team members aligned with the various products in the suite. The QA managers work closely with the development managers to ensure on-time, high quality releases. The QA team is comprised of both functional and automation testers that use the same tools and processes across products. The ability to manage multiple projects and demands is required, Profile:Knowledge of retail operations and systems is a plus. All of the development teams subscribe to the Agile development methodology and use the following tools extensively: Jira, Confluence and Zephyr. Previous QA management experience required. Ability to manage a large team of local and remote resources and products is required. Detailed Description and Job Requirements Responsible for a team that develops, applies and maintains quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.As a manager in the technical/process QA division, you will lead a team that designs, installs and evaluates quality control methods and systems. You will also develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of quality assurance. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process.
