About The Role

For its International Division,
LivaNova is looking for new talents. We are currently looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Director
to help us grow our international Business. This position will report directly
to theVP, Commercial Excellence. As our new Director, you will be responsible
for delivers initiatives to maximize the impact and efficiency of sales
resources across International with senior leaders in the business.



Role Responsibilities

Strategy
& ImplementationWorking with International
Marketing, actively leads the development of SFE Core International Strategies
and lead the implementation/ adoption of these through the provision of clear
strategic direction and guidance to in-Region Commercial Excellence/Sales
Operations/SFE coordinators on the strategy, design, implementation process and
ongoing management of:Profiling, Segmentation & TargetingAdoption laddersTerritory OptimizationSales Force Size & StructureSalesforce Incentives and target settingSalesforce Performance MonitoringBusiness specific tactics e.g. implant trainingUses initiative and proactively influences and supports the regions to
localize SFE strategy and drive the implementation of key initiatives through
close collaboration and communicating best practice and guidance, aligned to
agreed ways of working. Ensure buy-in/ commitment to critical elements of the
strategy, through active communication, building of relationships and trust and
the offer of a flexible expert support serviceCRM
Optimisation & AdoptionIn collaboration with Commercial IT, initiate
activities which deliver the increase in adoption of SalesForces by users in
International through:Vision - Define the international vision and core international CRM strategies
and lead the establishment of clear roadmap for systems and tools developmentDeployment – Proactively identify ways and instigate support for CRM
adoption in regionGovernance – Lead the process, working with Commercial IT, to improved
speed of prioritisation of new requirements & support international
solution through appropriate control of local customization. Be the
international lead on the Global Governance Board.Issues resolution – Drive the evaluation and speed of issues resolution
including design and cascade of new reportingHealth Check Review – Lead the identification of gaps & establish
roadmap plan to fill/fix the functionality gaps in current SalesForce solutionCustomer Data & Consent – Work with countries to improve volume,
quality and compliance of customer data to support LivaNova consent strategy
and ensure that LivaNova legal position and guidance on consent is implementedLead the SalesForce forum with individuals in region and Commercial IT
to ensure key topics addressed and critical decisions achieve buy-in across
internationalLead the collaboration with International Training to provide tools and
training

What are we looking for?

Significant experience in sales intelligence / salesforce effectiveness
/ operation / analytics within a European or International Pharmaceutical or
Healthcare companyExperience of driving rapid CRM adoption and developing best practice
for use in countryFluent in English (written and spoken) and preferably in one other
relevant languageDeveloped strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders, working
across multiple countries with different levels of the organisation - senior
leaders to sales reps in the businessDemonstrated expert analytical skills with ability to explain complex
analytics in a simple and compelling wayDemonstrated strong leadership to drive through initiatives achieving
buy-in and commitment with all relevant stakeholders at each stageAbility to think strategically, above country, whilst focusing on
delivering tangible tools/analytics for countryExcellent communication, organizational, facilitation and influencing
skillsExhibit a high degree of
accountability with an ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
in a complex, changing environmentDemonstrated high level of
proactivity to connect with the business across international and identify the
important issuesSelf-starter and flexible to ensure achievementWorks effectively in a matrix team environment, able to manage multiple
projects making difficult prioritization decisionsAble to adapt effectively in a
