Electrophysiology Education Manager - LondonJOB DESCRIPTION:A rare opportunity has arisen to join a leading global healthcare company in a rapidly evolving therapy area as an Education Manager covering the London area.As an Education Manager within the Electrophysiology team you will own, build and deliver UK customer facing training programmes, focused on developing the EP community and enabling optimal clinical results. You will play A key part in the management and development of Abbott UK faculty. EP is a rapidly developing therapy area which requires a dynamic and fluid approach therefore the successful applicant will require a deep understanding and true passion for EP.This is field based role with a significant emphasis on in field coaching and clinical development of UK field staff and ultimately the delivery of the curriculum for Abbott staff. The Education Manager’s objective is to accelerate new team members clinical sign off and ensure the highest standards of clinical and therapeutic capability.The role will have a defined geography, however there will be the opportunity and on occasion the requirement for international travel across the EMEA region. This is a management position and sits on the UK EP management team. This is a true development role and therefore we welcome candidates seeking significant career progression opportunities and a long term home within Abbott Medical.What you’ll need:Professional Examinations e.g IBHREA deep understanding of and interest in ElectrophysiologyExperience of Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry (preferred)Previous experience of individual and team development (Preferred)Preferable ongoing registration to professional or affiliated bodiesFamiliarity with non-clinical education skills, communication, presentation skills, training program design, benchmarking and review processTeam player who is a good, clear communicator.
