Your new role
The post holder will ensure that the IWM website (https://www.iwm.org.uk), along with other internal and external sites and digital products, are continuously available and meet requirements in terms of integration with other IWM platforms, uptime, speed, updates and patching.
The post holder will be responsible for live hosting environments, server arrangements, maintenance, deployment processes and environments for the IWM website and other digital products. The post holder will work closely with both colleagues in IT and AV Services and Digital Engagement.
You will focus at all times on delivering excellent customer service, ensure value for money at all times while being professional, courteous and demonstrating the behaviours and attributes expected of all IWM employees.
You will also adhere to all corporate standards, and use corporate systems as directed to ensure consistency of service, brand and operational standards.
You will be expected to work across departments effectively, working with individuals, partners and where appropriate volunteers. To identify and implement learning and development needs for both yourself and your team, including volunteers, if appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
In order top be considered for this position you will require experience in the following areas
- MS Servers
- Some Dupel knowledge would be desirable
- MS Azure
- Supplier management skills
- Security patching
- Server Builds
- Great customer management skills
