A people focused Property Manager is needed to join a leading independent property agency based in the heart of Bournemouth town centre. With flexible working hours (minimum 20hrs a week from October to May with additional hours available June to September for seasonal business), expect an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing property agency that are at the top of their game.

Experience in property / letting managements, housekeeping / hospitality manager or logistical coordination is required to be considered for the role.

Due to continued success they are now seeking a Property Manager, with excellent people skills, to liaise with landlords and tenants, dealing with all queries being their professional point of contact.

Working at the forefront of the business the Property Manager will play a vital role being an integral link between team members and clients (landlords) and tenants. On a day-to-day basis expect to manage housekeeping and maintenance of properties, handle tenant deposits, arrange and conduct property inspections, manage clients keys and act as Duty Manager when required.

To qualify. Whether you are a Property Manager / Lettings Manager / Holiday Rentals Manager / Rental Manager / Sales Manager / Hospitality Manager / Maintenance Manager or or similar, we don't mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate:

  • Experience in Property / Lettings / Hospitality / Housekeeping management;
  • Top class customer service skills;
  • Excellent relationship-building skills;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • A positive, forward thinking attitude towards the lettings industry and customer service;
  • A sense of humour is essential;
  • A sunny disposition even when the going gets tough;
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Due to the nature of the role you will need a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Mileage is paid. Access to company vehicles for those aged 24 and over during office hours.
