Role Summary: This role will be accountable and responsible for the design, delivery and outcomes of customer orientated programmes / projects both contained within the UK Health and further reaching throughout Allocate. These programmes will be inherently complex requiring strong planning and execution. The incumbent will have a very strong background in Programme Management and be both versed and experienced in multiple methodologies. They will work with a variety of stakeholders (including those at C-Suite level) within customers and Allocate as part of programme delivery and ongoing engagement. Additionally, the incumbent of this role will be required (in consultation with various business heads) to develop, implement and maintain the necessary reporting, and key performance indicators ensuring clear visibility across all programmes - highlighting milestone progression, risk management, overall successes and generally proactively providing information to stakeholder to enable decision making. Principal Job Elements & Responsibilities: Work cross functionally within Allocate to clearly define customer requirements and success criteria for programmes/projects - including clear measures of success, deliverables, timelines and resources Define the programme/project methodology necessary to achieve the deliverables based on the requirements of each programme Develop strong working relationships with key members of the Allocate team (such as Functional Heads, General Managers and project team members) Develop, implement and maintain the required reporting suite - targeting specific stakeholder groups ( , executive level dashboards, project progress, risk management etc.) Work closely with various Allocate functions including Product, R&D and Services to identify root causes and sustainable fixes associated with customer related programmes Working with the business to handover from a project state to business as usual after a programme/project has reached its conclusion point Carry out and communicate areas for improvement based on the outputs from After Action Reviews / End of Project Reviews Coach and guide project team members as required to assist in their ongoing development - work with varies line managers to ensure suitable feedback is provided as part of programme activities Where relevant manage the budget associated with a project ensuring delivery remains within approved budget Key Performance Measures: Programme & project completion - programmes comply with approved timings and risk mitigated in line with plans Core Competencies: Team Leading - Able to lead, manage the performance of and motivate a team effectively.
