This organisation is one of the World’s largest Companies in their particular field of business and industry and there is a structured approach to sales, management and career development as well as a quality range of products to promote and sell. Their product is a well known brand and a "generic" name in their particular industrial sector.
This is a company where the Salesman will be fully supported by a Sales led team and where you will be fully rewarded for the Sales work carried out with a good Basic Salary and excellent commission structure … This region is bringing in approximately £400- 500 per month in Commissions and these are uncapped. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your Sales Engineering / Industrial Sales Career and there will be clear prospects for career advancement and even International work at a later date in this career.
The customer base will be a wide range of manufacturing and industrial customers in this area of business. The role will involve sales to both existing and new customers across the Southern England especially in the manufacturing sector.
To apply you will need first and foremost a real desire to be involved in Sales Engineering / Technical Sales and the have desire and ability to work in a professional and positive environment.
Experience in internal sales or some external sales experience will be preferred however the key to securing this role will be a good technical background, understanding or work experience in a “machine shop” environment and that real desire to develop a career in a Sales Engineering / Technical Sales / Industrial Sales environment. Our client will also train a shop floor engineer who knows they have all the attributes to succeed in sales.
An ability to work from home, be well organised, have the ability to structure a sales call and have the confidence to engage new prospects through calls and business links is also important with this market leading organisation.
