The Project Manager will work closely with other departments within the business to ensure that the successful implementation and delivery of their software solutions.

Key Duties:

    Managing stakeholder expectationsManaging Projects aligned to ecommerce / Digital strategy Work with IT Management team to ensure resources are available to match the needs of the projectsProject Documentation & GovernanceReview and update risk and budgetary control Managing systems implementation and systems integration – including integration to back-end systems i.e. ERPManage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning through to implementationEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and quality within the businessEnsure projects are delivered within a structured way, enhancing process and deliveryContribute new ideas to help deliver software more efficiently to customers
Skills required for the role:

    Project Management background delivering large scale IT Application ProjectsGood understanding of ecommerce type projects including (online ordering, customer web portals etc)Experience of working in the Manufacturing sectorPrevious experience of delivering software in a more structured manner, improving process and deliveryAbility to gather requirements from customers, and facilitate recommended solutionsStrong interpersonal skills and client facing skillsStrong customer service ethos, and business acumen, and negotiating skillsAbility to build strong relationships with other departmentsMust be able to work under pressure, prioritising effectively and meet demanding deadlinesDesirable skills include - Project Management Certification ( Prince 2, PMP) SAP or Salesforce Projects experience
