A leading IT, Communications and Cloud Based solution service business based in Milton Keynes are currently looking for a Welsh Speaking Customer Services Assistant to join their busy LRS (Learning Record Service) Team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, our client in Milton Keynes are looking for candidates with existing experience in customer facing positions, whether that be a previous customer service role or within retail and hospitality. A very small portion of their customers speak fluent Welsh, so an understanding of communication in this language is important to any applicant of this role. Your responsibilities will include;

- Answer questions and queries via telephone and email within your service level
- Correctly record and categorise incidents within the IT service management tool
- Ensure all actions are performed
- Be vigilant for suspected fraudulent activity, raising security incidents if necessary.

This Customer Services role Is ideal for anyone looking to increase their current job position, or for any candidate who is looking to secure their first role, as previously mentioned the role requires a candidate with the ability to speak Welsh.

This role is looking to pay £18,000 - £20,000 PA plus a £5,000 fixed Welsh language allowance on top of your salary.
