CMA Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading International business in the recruitment of an experienced Training Manager, initially on a FTC basis. This role will have responsibility for leading the training design and delivery to support the implementation of a new ERP system.


*Develop the training offering to the global business and finance community and support the setup of a new SSC (Shared Service Centre)
*Evaluate, design and create engaging and cost-effective training content and delivery plans
*Coordinate with the programme team, senior leadership team and the wider HR function to design and deliver training interventions

Key Responsibilities:

*Undertake a full TNA (Training Needs Analysis) utilising process maps, change impact documentation and stakeholder engagement to formulate discussions
*Develop the Netsuite training material
*Manage the training plan rollout schedule in line with the wider project plan
*Develop a programme of soft skills interventions to support both working and managing through change
