IT Support Specialist
£110 - £120 per day – dependent on experience
3 - month contract

I am currently working with a highly successful Holiday and Leisure company who are looking to take on an IT Support Specialist to join their thriving team to cover the North West region.

As the IT Support Specialist, you will be expected to:

  • Take ownership of the 1st Line Support, including telephone, email, remote and 1st person to sites around the North West
  • General maintenance and support of computer equipment and software
  • Oversee the IT Department’s Asset Inventory and stock control systems
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of hardware, software and support requests
  • Undertake general tasks to promote the use of IT across the company

Key skills needed to apply for the IT Support Specialist role:

  • At least 2 years’ experience
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server
  • Microsoft Windows and Office knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
