Grafton Banks are currently recruiting for a not for profit business based in Maidstone. The role is part time and the successful candidate will be required to work 3 days per week.
The Finance Manager will have the responsibility of managing the daily, weekly and monthly finances ensuring compliance with regaulations and best practice.
This is an important role, requiring a pro-active and well organised individual who is responsible for a critical function within the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Maintain, process and accurately record on a weekly basis invoices, payments, expenditure and income.
2. To manage records for the income and expenditure usine Sage and Xero software.
3. Bank Reconciliations.
4. To prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and financial reports for the CEO.
5. To ensure Financial data is stored and archived accordingly.
