Their Risk and Internal Control business provides risk-based Internal Audit, Governance, Risk Management Assurance & Consultancy services over financial, operational and IT processes and risks, to a broad range of client organisations. Clients include media, retail, real estate, financial services, manufacturing, technology and public sector organisations.

You will be responsible for:

    Planning, managing and delivering complex internal audit, risk management and governance engagementsLeading and coaching team; ensuring their work is completed to a high technical standardPlanning activities including development of terms of reference, scheduling teams, developing budgets and client visitsIdentification of key risks, assessment of systems and controls, and communicating the testing strategyAnalysis, design and implementation of risk and control improvement solutionsNetworking and identifying opportunities for further work from new and existing clients
About You:
    Professionally qualified with minimum of 2 years post qualification experience (ACA, ACCA, MIIA)
    • Practical experience in internal audit within a professional services firm or in-house function in industry Professionally qualified or nearing completion of ACA, ACCA, IIABroad technical knowledge of audit, risk, governance, process and control First class verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas and information with clarity and convictionEngaging; able to build relationships at senior level and work well in teamExperience managing , motivating and developing a team Proactive and demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement; raising queries and challenging existing practicesAble to travel to client sites in and around Bristol - full clean driving license and access to a vehicle
