Legal Secretary - Conveyancing - Gravesend
A multi office law firm based in Gravesend, Kent are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join the busy residential property team based in the Gravesend office.
Within the Residential Property team, you will be responsible for supporting up to 3 property Solicitors providing both Secretarial and Administration support.
As a Legal Secretary within the conveyancing team you will be responsible for general administration tasks and all round secretarial duties. As a Legal Secretary you will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone and in person, dealing with the land registry, carry out searches as well both audio typing and copy typing.
My client is looking for a candidate who has previously worked within a Conveyancing department for a minimum of 6 months and has fantastic customer service experience with a typing speed of at-least 50 WPM.
