Purpose of the Role

This role will be responsible for driving integrated marketing campaigns to drive leads across a number of channels and regions.

Job Description

  • Responsible for defining, launching and analysing lead generation campaigns across multiple regions and channels
  • Lead and integrate a number of different strands to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high level
  • Analysing and tracking return on investment
  • Work alongside the Sales teams to drive the leads through the Sales pipeline to conversion
  • Manage and support a team of Marketing Executives
  • Manage multiple agencies
  • Gather, analyse and interpret continuous intelligence including industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Person Specification:

  • Appropriate degree or professional qualification and/or proven experience in a busy marketing department.
  • 3+ years in marketing with a significant track record of running successful, large-scale campaigns
  • Self-motivated and assertive, with the confidence to self-assess projects and issues and to suggest alternative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Creative flair with a keen eye for design and ability to create artwork that’s on brand and meets objectives.
  • Experience of working with agencies.
  • People Management
  • Strong attention to detail and proof reading skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at any one time.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong Excel and Word skills.
  • Good relationship skills.
