Situated on the Fylde Coast, this rapidly expanding manufacturing and distribution organisation are currently seeking an HR and Payroll Clerk to join their established and friendly Finance team. Your New Job:

The successful applicant in the role of HR and Payroll Clerk will be responsible for a range of duties including; Process a variety of weekly, monthly and annual payroll cycles, this will include reporting to HMRC, and associated reporting to the finance department, timely and accurate delivery of payroll information, you will be responsible for recordkeeping, HMRC & Client reporting You should have strong understanding of payroll processes, tax codes, NI, auto enrolment and manual calculations. As HR and Payroll Clerk you will also be responsible for general office management tasks including maintaining personnel files, taking minuets for meetings and general administrative duties

Your Experience & Our Requirements:

You will ideally have experience of working in a similar role and have a clear understanding of the above listed duties, possess good technical skills including a good knowledge of all Microsoft office programmes including Excel and will have shorthand/minute taking experience. You will be a professional, self-motivated and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, able to follow clear instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Your Future As The Successful Candidate:

You’ll receive a competitive salary of up to £20,000 per annum, with a generous holiday and benefits package. You’ll receive on going supervision and support whilst in your role and will have the opportunity for growth and progression in your role as the business continues to expand.
