As a pharmacy manager for our client, you will be responsible for creating a culture of great customer service and leading your team to deliver results. You will also manage your P&L, oversee budgets and roll out the long term business strategy. In addition to this, you will of course have day-to-day responsibility for your team, stock, operational and GPhC standards and delivering your pharmacy KPIs. You will also conduct performance reviews, recognise internal talent and develop your pharmacy team to deliver next level service to your customers.
The ideal candidate
To be considered for this role, you must be a registered member of the General Pharmaceutical Council or Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland and you will also have relevant pharmacy manager experience gained in community pharmacy.
