Job Title: HR Business Partner
Salary: £35-40k
Location: Kent

An exciting opportunity to work with a market leading FMCG operation based in Kent. The key aim of the HR Business Partner is to contribute to and help deliver a commercially focused, legally compliant and culturally aligned people plan for their area. The HR BP will also be required to partner with key stakeholders in business area by building effective relationships and also work in collaboration with other HR BP's to ensure the delivery of a seamless and efficient operational service to that area of the business.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
*Provide an advisory service to the business on HR casework.
*Ensure the fair application of HR policies and procedures including disciplinary, grievance, absence management.
*Ensure that forms are completed and accurate prior to passing over to the team (new starters, leavers, change of terms etc), and in accordance with current rules and practices.
*Support the identification and communication of individual learning / coaching needs to inform the design and delivery of development activities.
*Assist managers in identifying training needs, provide coaching solutions and roll-out Workshops with managers on HR related issues (e.g. appraisals, performance management, recruitment and selection, forms etc.) and feed into / help develop and write Workshops / Training Materials.
*Support and facilitate the identification, development and retention of site talent, succession planning, career development and overall ensure visibility of talent across the company.
*Lead / partner on change management projects and other people related activities / processes as required (start ups, restructures, redundancies, TUPEs).
*Support, facilitate and/or coordinate HR projects cross functionally and not only within the region responsible for.

EXPERIENCE:
*Full CIPD or part-qualified and working towards
*Experience in a HR role
*Experience of working in a very fast paced environment
*Experience of working within an HR Department fostering an HRBP approach
*Involvement in all generalist activities.
*Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
*Awareness of ACAS Codes of Practice and HR best practice
*KPIs, SLAs and financial / budgetary principles
