Salary: £15.50 per hour (£35,464 per annum) + excellent benefits & training

Hours: Days - up to 44 hours available


One of the largest independent healthcare provider is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for their outstanding and GOOD rated home in the area of Netherton area of Dudley which is located closely to Cradley Heath and Primrose Hill.

This is a facility is largely residential with general nursing and palliative care within its 2 units offering one nursing unit within it; the home overall is small in size with 57 beds in total when at full capacity; making it easily manageable.

This is a varied site with a long standing nurse qualified manager in place but boasts has excellent staffing levels and has a fully compliant CQC report; with 2 additional nurses on days with a clinical lead and home manager on hand for support; night nurses work more autonomously but have high levels of support staff.

You will be developed by your Clinical Lead into completing a lengthy week long supervisory induction and will be promoted to complete your verification of death/syringe driver training if you are wanting to specialise as a palliative care link nurse, you will also be endorsed for any clinical upskilling required and your NVQ level 4 or 5 in management if you wish to pursue this and will be enrolled onto a management succession programme.

Training here is RCN accredited and renowned in the industry as employees are able to track their own development; add to it and request access to clinical training days held by a specialist training and development team that travel regionally to deliver clinical seminars.

The site has only the best multi-disciplinary team; working in conjunction with the CCG, with clinical trainers, clinical auditors, a clinical services manager, several unit managers and a home manager you can be assured you will be supported whilst on shift; you will also have a staff liaison manager and an area manager who looks after staff wellbeing.
