Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Kirkham
Duration: Permanent

Salary: £18,000 to £20,000

Hours: 37.5 per week

Venn Group are recruiting for a Finance Administrator for an industry leading company based in Kirkham. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, hard working candidate to join a well established, passionate team.

  • Taking credit card payment telephone calls, processing PDQ payments and doing the end of day totals
  • To invoice all orders daily to set procedures
  • Sort out sales invoices ready to be posted out
  • Run monthly statements
  • Administer staff sales
  • Chase reminder letters if no response to initial contact
  • Assist with the daily credit control reminder list
  • Assisting customer phone calls/emails (eg. sending copy invoices/payment queries etc.)
  • Assisting with the daily cash allocations
  • To accurately log summary of customer call conversations
  • Help to collate, stamp and input/scan invoices into the purchase register
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Administer petty cash payments and reconcile monthly
  • Run the HSBC statements monthly, distribute to card holders and record transactions onto a spreadsheet
  • Collate & sort relevant receipts, and reconcile the balances and correctly account for the VAT
  • Process the expense claims, coding correctly and accounting for the VAT
  • General administration duties
