Salary - £18,000 to £20,000 + Benefits
Your new role
We have several IT Support / Service Desk vacancies available for a client based in Hull City Centre who due to the success and rapid growth of their business need to expand their IT Support Team. Working as part of a large support team you will be given extensive Training and support to understand their bespoke systems.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates wishing to apply must have the following key skills and ability:
- 1st Line IT Support knowledge and background
- Previous experience of working on a busy IT Service Desk would be ideal.
- Excellent Customer Service Standards
- Ability to prioritise issues and IT incidents and an understanding of when to escalate to Senior Staff
What you'll get in return
The Starting Salary for these vacancies is £18,000 + Benefits + Extensive Training.
Please note that as the Service Desk supports the Companies Clients on a 24/7 basis there is a 4 week / Shift pattern.
