With hundreds of specialist stores across the country and a consistent legacy of growth in sales and profits, our client is in need to add headcount to their head office team as they look to grow their budding Ecommerce Platform across their brand and their sister brands.
We are partnered in the recruitment of an Junior Retail Project Manager position. This role is ultimately responsible for numerous projects of varying sizes, ultimately managing the project definition, planning, monitoring, development, testing, coordination and implementation of each project to the expectations and timescales of the business.
The primary interaction for the Junior Retail Project Manager will be with the internal IT team, trading and ecommerce teams, stores teams and external suppliers. This role will require excellent communications skills and rapport with the teams internally and externally. Its main focus is delivering internal strategic projects requiring a good technical understanding of the solutions and an experienced project manager who can evolve and improve the development life cycle process.
