B2B Digital Marketing Executive - Salary 25k - 30k dep on exp

Reporting to the Managing Director our client is looking to recruit a forward thinking, experienced B2B Digital marketing executive.

Where the role sits in the team and wider business

·This is a key position helping to drive leads into the business and to 'put our name out there’

·The role involves the creation and execution of a marketing plan to drive awareness and enquiries into the business

·Working within a medium sized growing business it is important to be a real team player, which can involve helping other departments, whether that be hands on activities or gaining more information helping other departments perform more effectively

Key Areas of Responsibility

·Creating a marketing plan which majors on email marketing, digital marketing and events

·Creating a content, social media and blog plan

·Writing white papers, PR, blog and social media posts

·Coordinating events, such as exhibitions

·Updating our CRM system to enable all colleagues to view client progress

·Ensuring deadlines are met and clients/colleagues updated

·Creating a method of tracking the effectiveness of this activity

·Will be proficient with Word Press, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere

·The ideal candidate would be proficient in video filming and creating video content

Short, medium, and long-term objectives

·Short-term objectives are around creation of the plan and content

·Medium-term objectives are to drive enquiries into the business from all relevant sector

·Long-term objective is to increase both B2B and B2C awareness

Required Experience, Education, and Training

·Knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Power Point

·GCSE English and Maths C or above

·Understanding of sales process advantageous

·Business qualifications advantageous

·Excellent writing skills

·Creative approach when presented with data

·Good communication skills and a great team player

·Good telephone and personal manner with an ability to deal with people at all levels

·Good personal presentation and timekeeping

·Driven with good time management skills

Location and Travel Requirements

The position is office based in Harrogate, with occasional travel for events.
