I am currently working exclusively with a business based in the Wolverhampton area, they are a growing organisation that have gone from strength to strength over the past 12 months.
This role initially will be a 12 month fixed term contract, with the potentially of it being extended.
Some of the main duties will be:
Check and reconcile supplier statements
File invoices and statements
Deal with purchase enquiries
Cashbook – allocating and nominals
Assist in doing Payroll for upto 80 people
Have used Sage
Process staff expenses
Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and quickly
Matching Purchase orders to Purchase receipts
